Money Trail Analysis Platform
A system concept that consolidates transaction data from multiple institutions, resolves identities, and assembles money trails — letting examiners see an entire network of fund flows in one place.
This is a solution concept, shown to illustrate our approach.

01 / CHALLENGE
The Challenge
Financial examiners receive transaction data from many institutions in many formats, from spreadsheets to scanned documents. Assembling the money trail for each matter becomes weeks of manual copying and matching.
The same person can appear at different institutions under different spellings or reference numbers. Without systematic identity resolution, key connections between accounts slip through — and finished work cannot be reused for the next matter.
02 / APPROACH
Our Approach
We designed a clearly layered platform architecture: an ingestion layer accepts multiple file formats and maps them into a common structure, an entity-resolution layer merges the same people and companies across sources under reviewable rules, and a graph layer stores every account and transaction relationship.
The examiner workspace is designed around the real workflow: start from a person or account of interest, expand the money trail layer by layer, record findings into a case, and produce reports where every point references its source documents. The whole system is designed to run inside an agency’s closed infrastructure.
03 / FEATURE_SET
Key Features
Multi-format ingestion
Transaction files from many institutions map into one common structure with automatic quality checks.
Cross-source entity resolution
The same people and companies are merged across institutions under reviewable, correctable rules.
Money-trail graph
Explore fund flows across accounts as a graph — expand layer by layer and filter by time period.
Referenced reporting
Findings become reports where every figure and connection traces back to source data.
