Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what personal data 45 Intelligence Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).
The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus minimal technical data used to prevent spam. We use it solely to respond to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it at any time.
Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide:
- Name and organization (if provided)
- Email address and phone number (if provided)
- The solution you are interested in and an optional budget range
- Your message describing the project or enquiry
To protect the form from spam and abuse, the submission is also stored with a one-way hash of your IP address (the original address cannot be recovered from it) and your browser’s user-agent string. Beyond this, we do not collect personal data from ordinary visits to this website.
Why we use it
We use the data you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry and contact you about your project
- Prepare information, assessments, or proposals you have requested
- Prevent spam and abuse of the contact form (hashed IP and user-agent only)
The legal bases for processing are the consent you give when accepting this policy before submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Retention
We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Sharing and disclosure
We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties, except:
- Infrastructure providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting only on our instructions
- Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law
Cookies
The public pages of this website use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to operate the site may be set — for example, a sign-in cookie for our own staff using the content management system. Your visit is not tracked across other websites.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data, or restrict how it is used
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through a channel below. We will respond within the period required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new revision date, and clearly note any substantial changes.
