01 / CHALLENGE

The Challenge

Local governments run a wide range of work with small teams — citizen requests, document routing, revenue collection, infrastructure upkeep. Each function’s data sits apart in ledgers, folders, and files belonging to different divisions.

With nothing connected, basic questions like “how often has this area been reported?” or “which assets are due for maintenance?” take days to answer, and reporting to central agencies becomes a recurring drain on staff.

02 / APPROACH

Our Approach

We designed the concept around one central database: an online request module, document workflows, an asset registry with map coordinates, and executive dashboards — all reading and writing the same data. A complaint automatically links to its location, the asset involved, and the history of action taken.

The architecture favors open-source technology so long-term costs fit local budgets, and standard reports generate directly from live data — eliminating repeated manual number-gathering.

03 / FEATURE_SET

Key Features

  • Requests from intake to closure

Citizen requests flow into a workflow with status visible until the case closes.

  • Assets on the map

Roads, lighting, and local assets carry coordinates and maintenance history.

  • An area dashboard

Leadership sees complaints, backlogs, and asset status as they stand today.

  • Automatic reporting

Standard central-agency reports generate from live system data — no manual compilation.
