The Challenge
Thailand's land and property market is scattered across many channels, making it hard for buyers to compare options — while individual owners have limited access to quality listing channels.
A good property decision needs more than photos and a price: location quality, area potential and financing burden all matter, and those tools rarely live in one place.

Our Approach
We built TeedinThailand as our own product, covering every property type — land, houses, condos, townhomes, commercial buildings, warehouses and factories — with search across every province and district in the country.
Beyond listings, the platform bakes decision tools right in: a mortgage calculator and a location-scoring feature that grades a property's position — a live, public example of the team's data and GIS expertise applied to a real product, with free listings for owners.
